NOTE: Significance of husband's designation of being insane is not known. It is possible that the term was used to refer to what we now call dementia.
1900 Census, Doddridge Co, WV (Grant District), enumerated on Jun 5 1900:
Elizabeth McGill, 83, b. May 1817 in Virginia, farmer, cannot read/write, widowed, mother of 4 children (all still living); dau Luelin Clutter, 56, b. May 1844 in WVa, servant, cannot read/write, widowed, mother of 2 children (both still living).

- Since the presiding minister was Samuel Archbold, it is likely that this marriage took place in present-day Doddridge County.
