Notes for: William Adams

William Adams was an early settler of the Middle Fork region of Ritchie and Doddridge Counties. A native of Harrison County, he was the son of Jonathan Adams, a Revolutionary soldier, who fought under Gen. George Washington. He settled in Ritchie County in 1840.
