Notes for: Isaac Davis

The following is a notation in the back of Isaac Davis' Bible: "Susanna Cassaday, daughter of Felix and Susanna Cassaday, born 20 February 1789, the intended wife if Isaac Davis." [per Sam D. Lawson] When Isaac Davis married Frances West, it was his second marriage. In the 1850 Census of Harrison County, Isaac Davis was described as blind and working as a potter. [William F.
