Notes for: Fern Huff

Resident of Glenville, Gilmer Co, and Parkersburg, Wood Co, WV. She graduated from Glenville Normal School in 1927 and was a former school teacher. For several years, she was president and a director of the West Virginia State Folk Festival, and was intrumental in its development. She was also active in the founding and development of the Country Store in Glenville, supported by the West Virginia State Folk Festival.
