Notes for: Loutellus Meigs Stout, Jr.

Served in West Virginia House of Delegates 1957-60, and as the Doddridge County Republican Chair 1961-63. In 1963, he moved to Buckahnnon and worked for the West Virginia Farm Bureau. He later moved to St. Albans, taking a position as an Assistant Clerk for the WV State Supreme Court.
