Notes for: Frank Edward Holtz

A lifelong resident of West Union, he was the owner and operator of Holtz's Plumbing, and later of Ada's Restaurant and Main Street Billiards. He was employed by the West Union Street & Water Dept, served on the Town Council for twelve years, and was elected mayor.
