"Ray Garner has rented the room under the First National Bank and moved his barber shop from the Ringer building to the new location, where he will run a two-chair shop. Ray in an energetic young man and an excellent barber and will no doubt enjoy a nice business at the new stand. He will have George Dotson to assist him with the work."

BARBER SHOP CHANGES HANDS
