Wm. Richards, 62, farmer, value of real estate (blank), value of personal estate $165, cannot read/write; H. R. (male), 10, attended school within the year; Clancy (female), 8, attended school; Lydia J, 3. All born in Virginia.
The next enumerated household was that of Loudoun (30) & Elizabeth (29) Richards and their six children.

On Oct 21 1860, the widowed William Richards married Elizabeth Calhoun.
