A "Local News" item appearing on the front page of the Thursday, Apr 18 1918, issue of The West Union Record is quoted here in its entirety:
"Mrs. Emma Rollins of Pennsboro, the widow of Nathan G. Rollins, who formerly lived on Arnold's Creek, and her daughter were visiting friends here Saturday."
