"Noah McKinney, 41, of McClellan District, a World War veteran, was found guilty before Judge S. O. Prunty on a felonious assault charge on his wife, Stella Kelley McKinney, who is to become a mother. McKinney was sentenced to serve seven years in the Penitentiary at Moundsville."
