Lewis Co, son of Philip & Mary; and Mary Westfall, widowed, age 44, res. Lewis Co. Married Jun 12 1905. Her birthplace and parents not listed, but Westfall would appear to be her name from a previous marriage. This is supported by her entry for the 1900 Census, identifying her as Mary Westfall, widowed head of household.
