- Dorothy Satterfield Casey was a 1952 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School. She worked at J.C. Penney, retiring after 31 years of service. She was a member of the West Virginia Horseshoe Pitchers Association for 22 years, and entered the WVHPA Hall of Fame in 2004. She also was a bowling member of Jewel City Ladies and Compton Ladies Bowling League for over 25 years. She was a member of the Stonewall United Methodist Church since 1955.
