NOTE: Charles W. Weekley. was born in Tyler County, a son of Charles W. & Nancy Weekley. He married Huldah Davis in 1865. In April 1866, Huldah Weekley was called before the Doddridge County Court to testify against Delilah Cumberledge, who was accused of murdering Robert H. Gibson the month before.
1880 Census, Mason Co, WV (Union District), enumerated on Jun 23 1880:

NOTE: When Isaac Cumberledge's will was submitted for probate in 1899, Charles Daugherty was named Administrator of his estate.
