    • In addition to the four children known to have been born to them, it is said that twelve other children died at birth or in infancy, for which there is no record of names or dates of birth or death. John Taylor moved from Taylor Co, WV to the Jane Lew area of Lewis Co, WV, where many of his descendants are still to be found.
