| Notes |
- Richard Hackett was very active in the community and was a Boy Scout leader for many years. He was awarded the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver Award due to his dedicated and distinguished service to Mountaineer Area Council scouting. He was also very active with the East Fairmont Busy Bee Band and served as Booster President for several years. While a member of the Fairmont Jaycees, he helped with the construction of Consolidated Park, now known as Mary Lou Retton Park. Most recently he served as a commissioner of the Marion County Parks and Recreation Board. He was a member of the Fairmont Masonic Lodge A.F.&A.M. # 157 where he was a past Master, the Osiris Shrine Center, and the Upper Mon-Valley Shrine Club where he served as past President.
