  Notes	Despite the double-R spelling of his last name on his headstone, all other records have the spelling as Perine, with just one R. It is surmised that he adopted the double-R spelling at some point, as his children seem generally to have had that form of the name, although his obituary preserved the single-R form for himself and all others. The double-R spelling was also used in his wife's obituary in Dec 1979.
