- Death date of Oct 11 1917 is reported in "Doddridge County Deaths" and in death certificate on file at West Virginia Division of Vital Statistics, cause of death listed as childbirth. But obituary, headstone, and husband's obituary give her death date as Oct 21 1917, and daughter Lenora was born on Oct 20 1917, so the latter date must be correct.
