- He was employed as a production spray painter for the Clarksburg Plant of Lockheed Aeronautical Systems of Georgia. He was also retired from the Harrison County Emergency Squad. Among survivors were three sons, Rodney Wayne Plaugher, West Milford, Harold L. Plaugher, Clarksburg, and William Scott Plaugher, Wilsonburg; and three daughters, Rhonda Zirkle, Sun Valley, Cynthia Jean Hammond, Wallace, and Sheri McClung, North Carolina. [1]
