Salem, dau of Loyd & Bertie (Frum) Davis. Married Apr 24 1930 in Salem. Informants for marriage license: James E. Underwood & Elizabeth Hannigan, "with the written consent of marriage of Wetzel Underwood and Loyd Davis." (Note: Basis for husband's stated birth date is unclear, other than an effort to appear older than his true age. He is absent from the 1910 Census of his family, his age is given as 6 in the 1920 Census, and his obituary and SSDI entry show his birth date to be Jan 7 1913. Similarly, the wife's birth date is stated as exactly one year earlier than reported in the SSDI, which lists her name as Reain Underwood.)
