      Although the death record shows Oct 7 1970 as the date of death, the obituary specifies that he "died at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday, Oct 6 1970 at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Donna Lee Williams of Pennsboro, following a one-year illness." A 1970 calendar shows that Oct 6 was on a Tuesday that year.
