    • Spelling "Eslie" is correct. He is dentified in father's obituary as "Eslie Ray (Jack) Costilow" and in SSDI as "Eslie Costilow," and headstone reads "Eslie Ray Costilow," as does marriage record. Sister Eva's obituary identifies him as "Leslie Ray," an apparent error.
