    • Darrell was an accomplished pianist throughout his adult life. He directed and accompanied Youth Choirs and Christmas Cantatas at Smithburg EUB Church. He played piano for Church services with sister Orma playing organ and brother Bob leading congregational hymn singing. Even at age 92, he continued playing offertory hymns for Sunday worship services at Lakeview Baptist Church.
