      Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Doak of Greenwood have just received a letter from their son, Pvt Ora E. Doak, who was wounded in combat duty in Italy on Dec. 9 1943, which states that he is now recovering in a hospital somewhere in North Africa. His wounds [were] caused by shrapnel.
