Identified as Lucy O. Scott, age 91, b. ca 1889 in West Virginia, d. Sep 17 1980 in Cuyahoga Falls. This is in agreement with obituary and 1900 Census (which gives age as 11 and birth date as Mar 1889), but birth date on headstone is 1890, and SSDI shows it as Mar 17 1890.
