      Identified as Cell Adams, 25, b. & res. in Ritchie Co; and Birdie Lowther, 19, b. & res. in Doddridge Co. The marriage license was issued on Jun 23 1917. The minister's endorsement indicated the marriage location as being "at the Rush Fork School House, Dodd. Co, W.Va." But the marriage date was left blank, leaving some doubt that the wedding was held as planned. The 1920 Census of Doddridge County does show them together as a married couple with a child, so the omission of the marriage date was presumably a clerical error.
