      (NOTE: The will of George L. Rymer, written in 1909, in addition to stating how his estate was to be split among his five children, also included the following instruction regarding his grandchildren: "My three sons as above named are to pay to each of my two grandchildren the sum of ($20.00) Twenty Dollars: that is to say that each of the two grandchildren is to have the sum of Sixty Dollars: said amounts to be paid when each of the two said children become of the age of twenty-one years old. One of the said grandchildren is the son of my daughter Dora, and its name is Wm. O. Rymer; and the other child is the child of Mary Jane, and its name is Burl. The land mentioned in this will is to be held good for said amounts of $60.00 Sixty dollars to each grandchild as named above."
