      "J. W. Duckworth, prominent farmer of Greenwood, was in town Wednesday and was a pleasant visitor at the News office. He says that just 60 years ago, the B. & O. Railroad Company was laying its first rails through Ritchie County for the building of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad."
