      John I. Robinson, 68, b. Oct 1831, farmer, married 37 yrs; wife Mary A, 73, b. Jan 1827, married 37 yrs, mother of 5 children (2 still living); granddau Lella M, 15, b. Feb 1885; grandson James W, 14, b. Apr 1886. All born in West Virginia.
      NOTE: Lelia May Robinson and James Wallace Robinson were children of John & Mary's son James and his wife Elizabeth J. Linkswiler. James had died in 1888. In 1893, Elizabeth gave birth to son Francis Basel (Brazil) Robinson, who in this Census was enumerated in Southwest District of Doddridge County in the household of James F. & Rosa (Forinash) Williams. In the 1920 Census, Lelia Robinson was listed as a granddaughter in the household of James Forinash's parents, John W. & Margaret (Windon) Forinash, basis for which is not clear. Margaret Windon ws first married to James Linkswiler. Elizabeth Linkswilfer Robinson's whereabouts after 1893 remains unknown.

Doddridge Co, dau of John & Prudence Copland. Married Mar 10 1862 in Doddridge County. (Note: Wife appears to have understated her age, since her birth date was given in the 1900 Census as Jan 1827.)
