    • She owned and operated restaurants in West Union and Ellenboro for years. She also owned and operated a laundramat in West Union and a ceramics shop. She was owner of the Stuart Mansion in West Union when that building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. She was the last of twelve children. [1]
