Ringer vs. the West Union Grocery company in favor of Mrs. Ringer, awarding her a perpetual mandamus restraining the collection of certain costs, which had been awarded against her by the Circuit Court of this county. W. R. Brown represented the plaintiff, and A. F. McCue of Clarksburg represented the defendant."
