    • "Mrs. Rose Prendergast, formerly Miss Rose Faulkner of this place, died Wednesday, August 15, at Pocatello, Idaho, and was buried at Cameron, West Virginia, Monday. Miss Irene Faulkner, of this office, a niece of the deceased, and Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Coulehan, the latter a sister, attended the funeral. Mrs. Prendergast was a member of one of Doddridge's oldest and most respected families, and her former friends here will be grieved to know of her demise."
