      Edward L. Floyd, 84, retired glassworker,died at 12:15 a.m., Thursday, at the home of his son, Cecil Floyd, Wheeling Rd. Mr. Floyd suffered a paralytic stroke two days ago.

      He also leaves one other son, Everett Floyd, Lancaster; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Scott, San Francisco; and Mrs. Emilio Scolopio, Clarksburg, W.Va.; one sister, Mrs. Mae Sadler, Pittsburgh; and four grandchildren.

      The body was removed to the Frank E. Smith funeral home, where friends may call Thursday evening. On Friday the body will be taken by motor to Clarksburg, W.Va., where funeral services and burial will be held Saturday afternoon.
