William Trainer's actual burial location is not clear. Although his death record states that he was buried at Cowan Cemetery, there is a marker for him and his wife Louisa (d. 1908) at the IOOF section of Blockhouse Hill Cemeter in West Union. Cowan Cemetery is the known burial location of William Trainer's daughter Mattie, based on her headstone being there.

COL. T. B. FORSBURG BUYS GARAGE AND SKATING RINK
In the last few weeks, a business deal of considerable magnitude has been developing, and it has now been closed. In the first place, Col. T. B. Forsburg, who has been the manager of the Trainer & Troutman garage, purchased that business complete and is now the owner.
He next began to look about for a location that would give him more room and enable him to have the business all together. After some negotiation, he closed a deal for the Smith skating rink. He has moved the repair shop from the hill to rooms in the lower part of the building. This winter the upper floor will be used as before as a skating rink, and in the spring, after the floor is raised to the level of the street, the large room will be used as a sales room for the display of the popular Ford and Overland cars.
Col. Forsburg is not only a hustler for business, but has a geniality and a big streak of humanity in his make-up which makes him very successful, and we trust his enlarged endeavors will be equally satisfactory.
