NOTE: Otia Blanche McKeown may have been a daughter of Edward A. Blake & Sarah Jane Faris, but was more likely a daughter of Mary E. McKeown before her marriage to Edward Blake. Edward and Mary, who was Laura (McKeown) Waller's sister, had six children together, one of whom was Delbert Blake. Otia's surname consistently appears as McKeown or some variation, as reflected in this census, in her marriage record, and in her daughter's death record. The informant in Otia's 1902 marriage record was E. J. McKeowen (Emily Jane Cottrill McKeown), her maternal grandmother.
