Event Notes
Note (1) Birth date in 1900 Census is Apr 1862, age 38.  But date on headstone is Apr
22 1860, which conforms to age 10 in the 1870 Census.
Note (2) In 1880, listed as Julia A. Meek, 18, single, no occupation, in household of
Joshua Pearcy.  Her relationship to the head of household was left blank on the
census form.   Also in the household was Joshua's son Thomas, 43, single, who
Julia later married.
