The death was reported on Apr 5 1928. Burial at the Masonic Cemetery was not until Oct 13 1928. Age at death given as 47y 4m 25d, which would put birth date at Nov 10 1880. But birth date is listed as Apr 9 1866, which would make age 61y 11m 26d. But none of this can be correct, since she was married in 1869 and her daughter Carrie was born in 1879. An erasure in the record reveals the original entry was 1894, and a penciled notation in the margin reads "1894 Error," the intent of which is unclear. "Cemeteries of Clark District," p. 86, reports death date as Apr 4 1896, age 47. If the actual date of death was Apr 4 1894, the age 47y 4m 25d would put her birth date at Nov 10 1846. This is consistent with her age 22 at time of April 1869 marriage, and with age 23 reported in the 1870 Census enumerated on Aug 11 1870. DR p. 106.
