Event Notes
Note (1) Birth date given in both his World War I and World War II draft registrations
as Jul 21 1879.  But the 1900 Census shows his birth date as July 1880, age 19,
while age in marriage record would put birth in about 1881.  Birth date on
headstone is 1880.  Birthplace given in marriage record as Tyler County, but in
death record as Ritchie County.
Note (2) Birth date given in 1900 Census as Sep 1885, and age in marriage would put
birth in about 1888.  But birth record shows it as Aug 21 1886, and headstone
also has 1886.
Note (3) SSDI reports death date as Oct 15 1995.
