as Jul 13 1891.  The 1900 Census shows her with a twin brother, Clody D.
Williams, born July 1893, age 6.  But his death record, under the name Clyde
Williams, shows his birth date as Jul 13 1896.  Doddridge County birth records
confirm her birth on July 13 1893, but no record was found for her brother.
