injunction heretofore awarded in this cause be dissolved and that J. W. Rollins and L. R. Charter, his surety, be 
released from all liability by reason of the execution of a bond and that the defendant, J. W. Rollins, do pay the costs 
of this suit.", Thursday, 10/21/1915.
