Note (1) Age at death in death record would put birth in about July 1843, and age 27y
4m in his Dec 1870 marriage record would put it in about Aug 1843. But his age
was 4 in the 1850 Census, 14 in the 1860 Census, and 25 in the 1870 Census.
Note (2) In household with Evan Alltop (28), Amanda Alltop (19), and Samuel H. Fox
(27). Occupation of all three men was common laborer.
