Note (1) Bradford Spiker, in "The Good-Will Community: A History of Holbrook, W. Va.,
1814-1945," compiled by Barr Wilson, gives George W. Zinn's birth as Jan 17 1814
in Preston County, (W)VA.  There is a headstone at Oxford Baptist Church
Cemetery for George W. Zinn, b. Jan 17 1814, d. Nov 16 1877, age 63y 9m 29d. 
But there is another headstone at the same cemetery for George W. Zinn,
birthdate not given, who died on Nov 16 1877 at age 62y 1m 29d, which would put
birth at Sep 18 1815.
Note (2) Age 32 at 1876 marriage would put birth in about 1844.  But age 14 in 1850
Census puts it in about 1836, age 43 in 1880 Census puts it in about 1837, while
age 59 in death record puts it in about 1834.  His age was 21 in his 1856
marriage record.
Note (3) as a boarder in household with sister Sarah Amelia Zinn Leggett in household
of Enoch Alpha Leggett.
