But her obituary identified her as "Rev. Cathlean Humphrey" in the heading, and as "Marjoria C. Humphrey" in the text. Her birth record, a delayed certificate filed by her mother on Aug 28 1943, originally read "Marjory Kathleen," but was changed on Sep 25 1967 by affidavit of her father to read "Marjoria Cathalean." She was reported as her mother's seventh child. The SSDI also identifies her as "Marjoria C. Humphrey," indicating that her Social Security card was issued in Ohio before 1951.
