Event Notes
Note (1) Birth date given in "Davis - The Settlers of Salem WV," p. 57, as Dec 1829. 
But 1900 Census shows it as Jan 1831, and age 41 in 1872 marriage record would
also put it in 1831.  Age 54 in 1893 marriage record is clearly incorrect.
